La Stabulle-Gîte d'Etable is in the heart of Ker Noé Farm, a small farm of 26 Ha.
Farmer since 2017, after a completely different professional path, I engaged the farm in organic farming from my installation.
Ferme Ker Noé is therefore AB certified since 01/12/2019.
I breed beef cattle from breeds with small numbers: Froment du Léon and Bretonne Pie Noire. Several times a year, I offer crates of young bovine meat for sale. The calves followed their mothers in the pastures, lived in freedom and are slaughtered at the age of 8 months to 15 months.
In parallel, the farm carries a breeding of sport horses under the affix of "Herluin" intended for show jumping or eventing.
The rotation varies every year: in addition to the meadows, I grow Black Wheat (under IGP Bretagne), barley, wheat, protein peas and an orchard in order to produce apple juice.
There is also a small poultry farm!
If you opt for the Breakfast basket, you can taste organic apple juice as well as eggs.
For groups, the Evening meal option can be made with organic meat from the farm!
